What I Do: I'm webmistress and I do a bunch of general management stuff. There's yet to be a page I HAVEN'T worked on in one way or another. I set up and organize contests, post news, keep spam off the forums... just about everything :)
Bio: I am a teen living in Minnesota. Wicked Lovely first came to me through HarperCollins First Look program. To be honest, it was actually a fluke- I wasn't supposed to receive Wicked Lovely, it must have been accidentally shipped to me. I thank the powers that be it was, though. I read Wicked Lovely in a night, and wrote my review the next day. (See it here) It simmered for a while, and on my third re-read, I decided something this good couldn't just sit on my shelf. Thus WickedLovely.com was born. I recruited Moonflame, and we spent the months before the release setting up the site.
In other areas, I am an obsessive reader, a gymnast, and dabble in skating, photography, film, music, soccer and would like to learn belly dancing. I'm not much of a typical sport person... basketball, baseball, football... really not my scene. I do enjoy soccer and have played on and off my whole life. I'm home schooled, although I will hopefully be returning to a normal high school in a few years.

Brightly is actually Jennifer Matthews. I live in Ann Arbor and pay the bills working on one of the University of Michigan's websites. For fun, I READ. It's not a requirement, but I tend to seek out books with a female protagonist. For this reason, I'm finding I'm reading a lot of novels aimed at a 'young adult' audience (even though I'm really not in that teen-age to early 20's age bracket).
I fell in love with 'Wicked Lovely,' because it gave me not one, but TWO wonderfully real heroines!

Chandra Rooney; Graphics Designer
Chandra Rooney often feels she has a foot in two different worlds, as she
balances her graphic design work with her writing. Thankfully neither has
caused her to start seeing invisible faeries (yet), as she'd definitely make
the mistake of talking to them. After finding Melissa Marr's livejournal and
learning about Wicked Lovely, Chandra has decided that Beira is her favorite
character, with Donia as a close second. While Chandra can be found on

Bio: Live in the too-bright-and-sunny state of Florida and am a college freshie. I live to give bookworms competition. I personally went looking for Wicked Lovely after I heard people say it was very good, they weren't wrong. I love the characters, especially Donia and Ash... not to mention my admiration for Marr grows as I learn she loves the Nightmare Before Christmas as well. I read all the time, anywhere, any place. Name it, I've probably read it or I will. I also love to draw and pump music into my eardrums to test their hearing capabilities.

I'm a 16 year old Junior in high school, currently residing in Southern California.
I'm a model with Elite Modeling and also an avid reader, much to some people's confusion. Basically, I read anything and everything I can get my hands on: regardless of genre. And, through reading, I polished some of my writing skills, which is another hobby of mine.
On a funnier note, yes, my name is Saphire. But no, you're not crazy if you hear someone call me Tiffany; its my middle name.
Wicked Lovely came to me when my editor sent me a signed copy. I'd seen it about a week before at the local bookstore and had thought of reading it after viewing the book synopsis. But, as life constantly throws at me, my schedule got busy and I didn't get to read it for some time. It was probably around mid-September of '07 that I finally got around to reading it. Thoroughly impressed by its contents, I searched online for any other fans, and found Wickedlovely.com. And, as I read and re-read Wicked Lovely, I grew to love it even more and wanted to contribute to the site so I e-mailed Maria and got a job position.
And, lastly, I also dabble in graphics design. I co-own a graphics site,
