Melissa recently mentioned a possible Italian tour to happen this fall.

"It appears that I may be going to Italy this fall after all. . . My Italian publisher, Fazi Editore, continues to be madly passionate, so I think I am accepting an invitation to do an Italian tour in the fall. Nothing is set in stone, but they're awfully persuasive . . . and we all know that I'm easily swayed by passion.

Nothing has been confirmed at this point, but we will continue to keep you updated!

Melissa has the last event of this leg of her tour today at Cody's Books at 7pm. Cody's is located in Berkeley, CA. For more information on the event, check out Cody's events calander.

A new interview with Melissa came out today. She talks about Ink Exchange, her characters, and upcoming books.

" I don’t really have a master plan. Sometimes I think I’m probably supposed to, but I just write. INK is a darker book because it’s abt the Dark Court. There are threads that are the same (choice being essential, moral relativity, and personal courage), but those weren’t actually intentional either. I write the story that feels true to me. That’s usually the sum total of my planning."

An interview with the folks at Bowen Press, Melissa Marr's new imprint, was also published in Publisher's weekly. Check it out if you're interested in her new publisher!
